3. Conditions for Returns

3.1 Eligible Products

Products eligible for return must be:

  • Unopened and in original, sealed packaging
  • In the same condition as when you received them
  • Complete with all original accessories, documentation, and packaging
  • Not damaged by the consumer beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods

3.2 Products Not Eligible for Return

Due to health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, unsealed, or tampered with
  • Products where the seal has been broken
  • Products that show signs of use

This exclusion is in accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which permits exceptions for sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
  3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
  4. Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging
  5. Ship the package to the address provided in our return instructions

4.2 Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product)
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage
  • You bear the risk of the goods during return shipping until we receive them

4.3 Return Deadline

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal to us.

5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Amount

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund:

  • The full purchase price of the returned item(s)
  • Standard delivery costs (if you return all items from an order)

If you chose a delivery option more expensive than the standard delivery we offer, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.

5.2 Deductions

We may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value of the goods if this has been caused by your handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5.3 Refund Timeline

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

5.4 Refund Method

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Products
